Your pregnancy

These days you feel a bit tired. It’s no wonder – you can not sleep well because you can not find a comfortable position. You’ll start to feel clumsy. It will be hard for you to walk fast or to exercise if you have practiced this during the pregnancy. It is just a little more until the end. Be patient and don’t despair! These emotional ups and downs will last for a few weeks more. If you are too depressed or have an intense change of the mood, ask your doctor for the opinion.

Baby development

Kids grow nails on their feet and hands. The amount of fatty tissue under the skin is also increased, and the child begins to accelerate to gain weight. It is now starting to take the right position with its arms and legs crossed. Accelerated brain growth continues and leads to increased head size. It forms the skull. The stem is colored, and the pupil reacts to the light. The hair on the head is more and more. The weight of the baby is about two pounds and 14 ounces, and its length is about 15,7 inches.

Tip for this week

If you start to suffer from insomnia, try to drink warm milk before the night sleep, but do not bathe in warm baths! It’s possible that some relaxation techniques will help you sleep better and also reduce the tension and anxiety that you feel.

There are two types of relaxation – physical and mental. To physically relax, put yourself in a comfortable position and support the body completely – it’s best to fit on comfortable cushions. Close your eyes and concentrate on relaxing each part of your body. Start with your toes on your feet and go up, ending with your head. When you’re done, you should feel nice and completely relaxed.

When you relax mentally, move on to mental relaxation. It requires a lot of concentration, and you will need some quiet place where no one will disturb you. Fully relax and concentrate on breathing – breathe deeply and hold your breath for a few seconds, dropping it slowly. When you get used to such a breath, relax your muscles and give yourself up to the beautiful thoughts.
